Our sales representatives will assist you in finding a reliable, trustworthy and arms length real estate agent to help you with the sale of your existing home. These professionals are referred to us by our previous home owners, who have had direct experience with them.
How long will it take to build my home?
The length of time needed to build a new home varies from one house to the next. The size and the level of finishes in a home are the two biggest factors to consider. Weather conditions may also impact on a construction schedule. Depending on all of these factors, we normally require between 6 and 8 months from start to finish.
How can I monitor the progress of my home?
Every Laurel View Homes customer gets to monitor the progress of their new home, through scheduled site visits and direct communication with your Builder Liaison.

Laurel View Homes has been in business for over 17 years and the two principles of the company have over 50 years of combined experience. Together, Laurel View Homes’ principles are responsible for the development and construction of thousands of homes throughout SW Ontario. Is Laurel View Homes registered with the Tarion Warranty Corporation?
Yes. Laurel View Homes has been registered with Tarion for over 17 years.
Is HST included in the price of a Laurel View Home?
Yes. Laurel View Homes includes HST in the base price of all our homes.

Yes. Laurel View Homes works directly with you, to customize your new home to best suit your lifestyle. Working with our highly experienced sales representatives, you will have the opportunity to tailor your new home to embrace the needs of your family.
Explain the warranty that comes with a Laurel View Home?
Laurel View Homes offers the following warranty on their homes:
- One year warranty on all defects in workmanship and materials.
- Two year warranty on water penetration into the building envelope.
- Seven year warranty on all major structural defects.
Who do we contact regarding any issue we have during the construction or after sales service process?
Throughout the construction process and after you move in, you will have direct contact to your new home Builder Liaison. You liaison is there to answer any questions or concerns that you may have during construction or after closing.
How do we get financing for our new home purchase?
Our sales representatives can guide you through this easy process by speaking to your banker directly, or by recommending one of the areas local bankers.
Is there someone who will help us pick our colour selections?
Yes. Laurel View Homes has trained staff with years of experience in design and colour/material selections. With our assistance, you will make your colour and material selections from the samples in our showroom.
What amount of a deposit is required for a new home?
The deposit amount varies and depends on the total purchase price. Please see our sales representatives for more details.
